The network operator won the Customer Care Award and also picked up Environment and Team of the Year accolades.
The annual awards is one of the most prestigious award ceremonies in the utility sector, showcasing the very best work of the country’s utility companies. Monday’s (10 December) ceremony attracted more than 1,500 guests to Grosvenor House Hotel in central London with an evening of The Greatest Showman themed music and entertainment.
